In a plastic, resealable bag, mix together worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, liquid smoke and molasses. Mix together until molasses dissolves.
Add in sesame seeds, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, minced garlic and oil. Place chicken in marinade. Seal bag and refrigerate 4 hrs.
Oil grill grates. Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and place on grill. Grill until no longer pink, about 12 mins per side.
