I found this recipe on paule deens web site. They were having a compition on all the ways you can use cream cheese. I tried so many of them but this was my absolute favorite so far!

Ingredients
- CHICKEN ROLL UPS
- 1-8 oz. package cream cheese
- 4 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1 teaspoon tarrogan
- 8 slices turkey bacon
How To Make sherrif chicken roll ups

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2melt one tsp. of butter

Step 3slice the chicken breasts in half length wise, so you will now have 8 pieces of chicken

Step 4mix in a medium bowl, cream cheese, green onion and tarragon

Step 5spread equal ammounts of cream cheese filling on one side of the chicken

Step 6roll them up (starting with the small end roll gently to the wider end

Step 7wrap a piece of bacon around the rolled up chicken

Step 8place in ungreased baking dish and brush the tops with the melted butter

Step 9place in oven for 30 mins...chicken cooks faster because they are thin pieces....Enjoy!!
