I found this recipe on paule deens web site. They were having a compition on all the ways you can use cream cheese. I tried so many of them but this was my absolute favorite so far!

Ingredients

  • CHICKEN ROLL UPS

  • 1-8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese
  • 4 large
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 c
    green onion
  • 1 tsp
    tarrogan
  • 8 slice
    turkey bacon

How to Make sherrif chicken roll ups

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. melt one tsp. of butter
  3. slice the chicken breasts in half length wise, so you will now have 8 pieces of chicken
  4. mix in a medium bowl, cream cheese, green onion and tarragon
  5. spread equal ammounts of cream cheese filling on one side of the chicken
  6. roll them up (starting with the small end roll gently to the wider end
  7. wrap a piece of bacon around the rolled up chicken
  8. place in ungreased baking dish and brush the tops with the melted butter
  9. place in oven for 30 mins...chicken cooks faster because they are thin pieces....Enjoy!!
