I found this recipe on paule deens web site. They were having a compition on all the ways you can use cream cheese. I tried so many of them but this was my absolute favorite so far!

Ingredients

CHICKEN ROLL UPS

1-8 oz. pkg
cream cheese
4 large
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 c
green onion
1 tsp
tarrogan
8 slice
turkey bacon

How to Make sherrif chicken roll ups

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • 2melt one tsp. of butter
  • 3slice the chicken breasts in half length wise, so you will now have 8 pieces of chicken
  • 4mix in a medium bowl, cream cheese, green onion and tarragon
  • 5spread equal ammounts of cream cheese filling on one side of the chicken
  • 6roll them up (starting with the small end roll gently to the wider end
  • 7wrap a piece of bacon around the rolled up chicken
  • 8place in ungreased baking dish and brush the tops with the melted butter
  • 9place in oven for 30 mins...chicken cooks faster because they are thin pieces....Enjoy!!
