I love Asian inspired dishes, because I love Chinese food, but it is so expensive these days and sometimes there is just too much MSG in it. This is my 30 minute recipe to help those cravings!

Ingredients
- 8 small bone-in chicken thighs, (about 2 pounds) skinless and fat removed
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped, peeled, fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
How To Make sesame thighs with hoisin dipping sauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Step 2Arrange chicken thighs in 15 1/2 inch by 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Into cup, pour 1/4 cup hoisin sauce;use to brush both sides of thighs. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake until juices run clear when thickest park of thigh is pierced with knife, 20-25 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, prepare dipping sauce: In microwave safe cup, combine chili sauce, ginger, vinegar, five spice powder, and remaining 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce. Just before serving, heat mixture in microwave oven on High 45 seconds, stirring once. Serve chicken with dipping sauce.
