Ingredients

  • 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lite mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lite soy sauce

How To Make sesame coated chicken fingers

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Slice chicken into thin strips.
  • Step 2
    In a shallow bowl, mix milk and egg. In another shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Place flour in a separate bowl.
  • Step 3
    Coat chicken w/ flour. Dip chicken into egg mix, then coat w/ crumbs. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle chicken w/ oil. Bake 20-25 mins, or until crispy. meanwhile, in bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and soy sauce. Serve dipping sauce w/ chicken.
