Ingredients
- 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons lite mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons lite soy sauce
How To Make sesame coated chicken fingers

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Slice chicken into thin strips.

Step 2In a shallow bowl, mix milk and egg. In another shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Place flour in a separate bowl.

Step 3Coat chicken w/ flour. Dip chicken into egg mix, then coat w/ crumbs. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle chicken w/ oil. Bake 20-25 mins, or until crispy. meanwhile, in bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and soy sauce. Serve dipping sauce w/ chicken.
