    bonelss, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 tsp
    light soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c
    fine bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1/2 c
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot pepper sauce, like frank's

How to Make Sesame chicken w/ honey sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Lightly spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Preheat broiler. Cut chicken into strips.In bowl, whisk together egg, cornstarch, and soy sauce.
  2. Add chicken, stir to coat evenly. Let sit 5 mins. In lg resealable bag, combine sesame seeds, bread crumbs, galric powder and salt. Add chicken and seal bag. Shake to coat.
  3. Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle w/ butter. Broil 5" from heat 5 mins per side. In small bowl, stir together mustard, honey and hot sauce. Serve sauce w/ chicken.
