sesame chicken nuggets
I had this recipe in my old recipe box, but had never eaten the Chinese Sesame Chicken until Mark took me to a place in MD and said I wouldn't regret trying it (I am not as adventurous as he is when it comes to eating). Now it is a favorite of mine. So this is a home version that reminds me of that evening! And it was even a favorite back then, lol.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 pounds chicken, boneless and skinless
- 20 - sesame crackers
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
How To Make sesame chicken nuggets

Step 1Stir butter and soy together. Cut chicken into 1" cubes, add to soy and toss to coat. Crush crackers fine and stir together with ginger in a bag. Add a few chicken cubes, toss to coat. Place on cookie sheet in single layer. Bake at 450 degrees 7-9 min or until no longer pink.
