Sesame Chicken and Melon
2 Tbspvegetable or peanut oil
4chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into chunks
1 Tbspsoy sauce
6 clovegarlic, thinly sliced
1 Tbspginger, minced fresh
2 bunchgreen onions, chopped
1/2 ctoasted sesame seeds
4 ccantaloupe, diced
How to Make Sesame Chicken and Melon
- Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until they begin to get brown.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add soy sauce, mirin, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry until most of liquid is gone.
- Add green onions and sesame seeds. Sauté until chicken is done.
- Arrange melon on 4-6 plates and top with chicken.
