This is so good. I tried many different combinations of Asian ingredients to replicate sesame chicken and this one is the best.

Ingredients
- 10 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1/2 cup white rice flour
- - oil for deep frying
- SAUCE
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger grated
- 2 cups dark brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup shaoxing wine or dry sherry
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 dash mirin
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- - sesame seeds
How To Make sesame chicken

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside For the chicken heat the oil until 350 degrees. Mix the egg and soy sauce together. Pour over chicken pieces. Sprinkle the rice flour over the chicken and mix well.

Step 2Deep fry the chicken in batches until done about 3 minutes.

Step 3Place the sauce ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and let thicken. Stir in the chicken. Serve with rice and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
