Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons each flour, cornstarch and water
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
- - oil for deep frying
- SAUCE
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons chinese black vinegar or white vinegar if you cant get a hold of chinese black vinegar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic chili paste
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
How To Make sesame chicken

Step 1Combine the 2 tbsp soy sauce, dry sherry, 1/4 tsp sesame oil, flour, cornstarch and water together. Mix well stir in chicken cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 2Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees.

Step 3Meanwhile combine all ingredients for sauce together in a med saucepan. bring to a boil stirring constantly reduce to a simmer and simmer on low until thickened and warm though. Keep warm

Step 4Cook the chicken in batches in deep fryer. Drain on paper towels. Pour sauce over top sprinkle with sesame seeds if using them or cilantro. Serve over rice.
