This is my mom's recipe. I grew up with this chicken and it is very good and easy. Men really like it too!

Ingredients
- 8 pieces - chicken
- 1 1/2 cups crushed soda crackers (about 42)
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup chopped parsely
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon salt (could use less)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons butter
- - sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
How To Make sesame chicken

Step 1Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry.

Step 2Combine crackers, parmesan, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. I add paprika, mom didn't. Mix up.

Step 3Dip chicken pieces in the melted butter then coat with the cheese and cracker mixture. Place chicken skin side up in pan and dot with butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 4Bake at 375 degrees for one hour til done.
