my friends son and 3 buds (Marines) had me make 12 chickens to take back to pendelton with the intent of selling it.. 2 wings and 1 leg made it off the flight from Atlanta to California . They just couldnt resist lol

Ingredients
- 6 - chicken pieces (breast, legs, thighs...)
- 3 - lemons juiced
- 1 jar pineapple preserves ( 6 oz)
- 1 jar apricot preserves (6 oz)
- 1/3 - prepared yellow mustard (frenchs)
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- teaspoon lemon zest
How To Make semper fi chicken

Step 1place chicken pieces side by side in dish

Step 2mix lemon juice , zest, pineapple and apricot preserves, mustard and garlic and pour over chicken

Step 3cook 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Step 4remove chicken and pour liquid from baking dish in to skillet. cook over medium high heat for @ 10 -15 minutes stirring continually until thickened..

Step 5Place chicken on serving dish pour sauce over each piece and top with a lemon slice twist and sprig of mint optional
