I live on the water, and we going fishing almost every weekend. Living at the Jersey Shore, we have lots of different species of fish available year round. My family loves food with a kick it up a notch flavor. Being a real true to heart Foody. I came up with my own creative seafood rub. This recipe can be used on any white meat as well. Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups chili powder
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chili powder
- 1 1/8 cups cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 1/8 cups smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/8 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
How To Make seafood rub

Step 1Add all the ingredients into a bowl, and blend.

Step 2Take your fish, or white meat of choice. If your a Vegan- This rub can be used on an arrange of Garden fresh Vegetables as well. follow the same. Take the Rub and, Rub the spices into your Fish, or Vegetables. Drizzle with Olive oil, or Cannola oil. Let the Fish or meat sit for 20 mins or more. Than fire up your grill, and cook till done. You can also use your oven on a very high heat. 425 degrees. Use a cookie sheet, make sure the Fish, meat or vegis are well oiled to avoid drying out, and Please don't over cook!!
