1Heat oven to 375*. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, pepper and salt in shallow bowl; set aside; Combine melted butter and garlic in a 9 inch pie plate. Dip 1 piece chicken at a time into butter mix; place in breadcrumb mixture, turning to coat evenly;
2Place chicken in ungreased 13x9" pan. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake for 25-35 minutes or till chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear.
3Tip: Adding herbs to a recipe...For flavor variations try mixing 1/2 tsp. dried herbs: rosemary or sage into melted butter. Enjoy!
