This recipe is full of flavor and is very easy to prepare. We enjoy this chicken with fresh veggies or sliced and placed on a salad.

Ingredients

  • 3 - boneless chicken breast or bone-in chicken breast with skin removed
  • 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram, dried
  • - salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cut into pieces (it's best if it's cold)
  • 2 -3 tablespoon dijon mustard

How To Make savory herb chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray. In small mixing bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesean cheese & herbs. In another small bowl, place mustard. Coat chicken with mustard, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumb mixture and place in baking dish. Put butter pieces on top of chicken. Bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is tender. NOTE: Don't let chicken touch in baking dish.
