- ROSEMARY BALSAMIC BUTTER:
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary sprigs, fresh
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon shallots, finely chopped
- BLUE CHEESE BUTTER:
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbles
- 1 teaspoon chives, dried
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- CURRY BUTTER:
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
How To Make savory butters for steak

Step 1Combine all ingredients for desired flavor butter in small bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed; refrigerate until firm. Serve with steak. Store refrigerated in container with tight-fitting lid up to 2 weeks.

Step 2Other Suggested Uses for Rosemary Balsamic Butter: • Spread underneath skin of chicken before roasting. • Top grilled burgers or chicken breasts. • Add to sautéed mushrooms & serve over sliced steak or pork tenderloin.

Step 3Other Suggested Uses for Blue Cheese Butter: • Spread on baguette slices & broil. • Place 1 - 2 tbsp into center of ground beef when making hamburger patties. • Melt into reduced heavy cream & toss with pasta for a yummy side dish.
