bamboo shoots (slivered)
2 Tbsp
sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp
light soy sauce
5 Tbsp
stock (your choice)
1/2 tsp
2 tsp
1/2 tsp

How to Make Sauteed Bamboo Shoots


  • 1Saute bamboo shoots in oil and soy sauce until all the liquid has evaporated.
  • 2In a seperate pan, mix the remaining ingredients and stir until dissolved.
  • 3Add the bamboo shoots to the mixture and saute until the liquid has evaporated.
  • 4Reduce the heat to low. Cover pan.
    Let simmer for no more than 3 minutes, stirring once or twice. Ready to serve.
