bamboo shoots (slivered)
light soy sauce
stock (your choice)
1Saute bamboo shoots in oil and soy sauce until all the liquid has evaporated.
2In a seperate pan, mix the remaining ingredients and stir until dissolved.
3Add the bamboo shoots to the mixture and saute until the liquid has evaporated.
4Reduce the heat to low. Cover pan.
Let simmer for no more than 3 minutes, stirring once or twice. Ready to serve.
