- 3 cups bamboo shoots (slivered)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons stock (your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons msg
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
How To Make sauteed bamboo shoots

Step 1Saute bamboo shoots in oil and soy sauce until all the liquid has evaporated.

Step 2In a seperate pan, mix the remaining ingredients and stir until dissolved.

Step 3Add the bamboo shoots to the mixture and saute until the liquid has evaporated.

Step 4Reduce the heat to low. Cover pan. Let simmer for no more than 3 minutes, stirring once or twice. Ready to serve.
