Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1/4 cup shredded chedder or monterey jack cheese
How To Make sante fe chicken

Step 1Mix flour and chili powder. Coat chicken with flour mixture.

Step 2In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside. Pour off fat.

Step 3Add soup. heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with cheese.
