Sante Fe Chicken
1 Tbspall purpose flour
1 Tbspchili powder
4chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
2 Tbspvegetable oil
1 can(s)(10 1/2 oz) condensed tomato soup
1/4 cshredded chedder or monterey jack cheese
How to Make Sante Fe Chicken
- Mix flour and chili powder. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
- In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside. Pour off fat.
- Add soup. heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with cheese.
