- 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, thin strips
- 1 11-oz cans white corn, drained
- 16 ounces thick-n-chunky salsa (old el paso)
- 2 tablespoons ripe olives, sliced
- 1 cup tortilla chips, broken
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Step 2Add chicken; cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Step 3Stir in corn, salsa and olives; simmer 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
