Ingredients
- 1 - rotisserie chicken deboned and chopped- butter and herb or traditional flavor. the bbq or smoked does not work well
- 8 ounces package cream cheese softened
- 1 package pack dry ranch dressing mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onion tops
- 1/2 cup diced roasted red pepper
- 1 can 4oz diced black olives
- 1 can drained niblets corn
- 2 cups grated sharp cheese
- 1 package large flour tortillas -may need more
How To Make rotisserie chicken rollups

Step 1Mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing packet. Add all other ingredients. Spread on flour tortillas and roll jellyroll fashion. Cut the edges to straighten them and then cut into ½” slices. Serve with salsa and additional sour cream for dipping

Step 2Most people just eat these without dipping them. This is my most requested recipe for parties!

Step 3Make sure you use the bones from the chicken to make a broth. It's much tastier than the broth you'll buy in a can or broth from fresh raw chicken.
