I was going thru my step mothers recipe box years ago and came across this recipe and wrote it down and went home and tried it and we loved it.

Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breasts boneless or bone in
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 - chopped onion
- 1 pound velveeta cheese (cut up in small pieces)
- 1 - large bag of doritoes (whatever flavor you prefer)
How To Make rotel chicken

Step 1boil chicken breasts and when chicken is done cut up in bite size pieces. this is also good for leftover chicken that you don't want to throw out.

Step 2place all the soups and onions in a bowl and mix well.

Step 3spray a 9 x 13 dish with pam and put doritoes in the bottom and then layer the rest. Chicken, soup mixture, cheese, doritoes will be on top.

Step 4Place in 350 degree oven covered for about 35 minutes. Take the cover off and cook for the next 10 minutes. I usually just serve this with a salad and bread.
