Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (i add more!!!)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 - bone in chicken thighs, skin removed (about 2 pounds)
- 1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, cut in 1" cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
How To Make rosemary roasted chicken with potatoes

Step 1Mix oil, all of the spices and salt in large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes, toss to coat. Arrange in single layer of 15x10x1" cookie sheet sprayed with PAM. Roast at 425 degrees 30 min or until chicken cooked through and potatoes tender, turning potatoes occasionally.
