This is my version of the Taste of Home recipe which I down-sized to 2 servings. The leftovers (if there are any) make a delicious potpie or casserole by adding vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • dash pepper

How To Make rosemary mushroom chicken

  • Step 1
    Place chicken in a 2 1/2 quart slow cooker and top with mushrooms.
  • Step 2
    Combine the soup, broth, garlic powder,rosemary, paprika and pepper and pour over the chicken and mushrooms.
  • Step 3
    Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-4 hours.
