This is my version of the Taste of Home recipe which I down-sized to 2 servings.

The leftovers (if there are any) make a delicious potpie or casserole by adding vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 large
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken and mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • dash(es)
    pepper

How to Make Rosemary Mushroom Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Place chicken in a 2 1/2 quart slow cooker and top with mushrooms.
  2. Combine the soup, broth, garlic powder,rosemary, paprika and pepper and pour over the chicken and mushrooms.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-4 hours.
