rosemary garlic chicken
I had some chicken thighs in the freezer that I wanted to do something different with and this is the recipe I came up with. My husband said this is a keeper and wants me to cook it again soon. I hope if you try this you enjoy it also.

- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed garlic
- 6 - boneless chicken thighs
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make rosemary garlic chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Salt and pepper chicken. Using an oven proof skillet, add olive oil to skillet heat over medium heat add rosemary and garlic, cook about 3 minutes stirring occasionally, add chicken to oil, brown on both sides, do not cook done, when brown transfer chicken to a plate. Pour oil from skillet, place chicken back in skillet and bake until chicken is done.
