rosemary garlic chicken

I had some chicken thighs in the freezer that I wanted to do something different with and this is the recipe I came up with. My husband said this is a keeper and wants me to cook it again soon. I hope if you try this you enjoy it also.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 6 - boneless chicken thighs
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make rosemary garlic chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Salt and pepper chicken. Using an oven proof skillet, add olive oil to skillet heat over medium heat add rosemary and garlic, cook about 3 minutes stirring occasionally, add chicken to oil, brown on both sides, do not cook done, when brown transfer chicken to a plate. Pour oil from skillet, place chicken back in skillet and bake until chicken is done.
