Ingredients

  • 6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 - brie, monterey jack, cheddar, or swiss
  • 1 package dried cranberries (2 cups)
  • 1 large onion chopped in small pieces
  • 1 can campbells cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 - (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • - dash of powdered rosemary on each chicken breast

How To Make cranberry, brie, rosemary, and chicken roll ups

  • Step 1
    Pound 6 chicken breasts between saran wrap, baggie, or waxed paper. Make the Chicken thin.
  • Step 2
    This is what chicken looks like that has been pounded.
  • Step 3
    Season the Chicken Breasts with garlic, black pepper, and a dash of rosemary, and salt.
  • Step 4
    Add any kind of cheese you would like with this recipe starting with Brie, Monterey Jack, Swiss, or Cheddar. Place the cheese on the inside of the Chicken Breasts and then add the Cranberries. Than roll up the Chicken Breasts.
  • Step 5
    Place the Chicken in the casserole dish and pour 1 cup of sauce over each rolled up Chicken Breast. Cook for 30 minutes till bubbly and the cheese is melted. 350 degrees for 30 minutes
