How to Make Rosemary chicken
- Pre-heat oven to 350
Wash and dry chicken pieces.
Dip chicken pieces in egg wash (egg wash is just beaten eggs)
- Roll chicken pieces which have been dipped in egg wash, into plain bread crumbs, and place in a buttered Pyrex.
Salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle top of chicken with rosemary, and dot with butter.
- Cover chicken with aluminum foil (for first half of cooking) Remove foil half way through cooking, turn chicken pieces over
