Ingredients

How To Make rosemary chicken

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 Wash and dry chicken pieces. Dip chicken pieces in egg wash (egg wash is just beaten eggs)

Step 2Roll chicken pieces which have been dipped in egg wash, into plain bread crumbs, and place in a buttered Pyrex. Salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle top of chicken with rosemary, and dot with butter.

Step 3Cover chicken with aluminum foil (for first half of cooking) Remove foil half way through cooking, turn chicken pieces over
