Ingredients

  • - chicken
  • - rosemary, dried
  • - butter
  • - egg

How To Make rosemary chicken

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 Wash and dry chicken pieces. Dip chicken pieces in egg wash (egg wash is just beaten eggs)
  • Step 2
    Roll chicken pieces which have been dipped in egg wash, into plain bread crumbs, and place in a buttered Pyrex. Salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle top of chicken with rosemary, and dot with butter.
  • Step 3
    Cover chicken with aluminum foil (for first half of cooking) Remove foil half way through cooking, turn chicken pieces over
