Root Beer Pulled Pork
Ingredients

2 lquality root beer (ie a&w, mug, barq's)

1pork shoulder, pork butt, chicken breast or thighs, or beef roast (i tend to buy whatever is on sale! any meat will work!)

1 bottlefavorite bbq sauce
How to Make Root Beer Pulled Pork
- Trim excess fat from the meat and place into crockpot
- Pour root beer to cover meat. Cook for 8+ hrs or until very tender
- Pull meat from crockpot and reserve juices.
- Shred meat apart and put back into crockpot to keep warm
- Add your favorite bbq sauce and cooking juices to the meat to your taste preferences
- Serve meat on rolls with coleslaw
