Ingredients
- 2 liters quality root beer (ie a&w, mug, barq's)
- 1 - pork shoulder, pork butt, chicken breast or thighs, or beef roast (i tend to buy whatever is on sale! any meat will work!)
- 1 bottle favorite bbq sauce
How To Make root beer pulled pork

Step 1Trim excess fat from the meat and place into crockpot

Step 2Pour root beer to cover meat. Cook for 8+ hrs or until very tender

Step 3Pull meat from crockpot and reserve juices.

Step 4Shred meat apart and put back into crockpot to keep warm

Step 5Add your favorite bbq sauce and cooking juices to the meat to your taste preferences

Step 6Serve meat on rolls with coleslaw
