Ingredients
- 3 pounds drummettes (chicken wings without the wing tips)
- SAUCE:
- 1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup (not pancake)
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/8 cup dijon mustard
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make roasted sweet chili lime wings

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2In a large ziplock bag, combine the flour, salt, paprika & pepper, add drummettes a few at a time & shake to coat.

Step 3On 2 greased baking sheets, spread floured drummettes evenly. Spray with cooking spray. Bake 45 minutes.

Step 4Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine syrup, chili sauce, lime juice & mustard. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced to about 1 1/2 cups. Add to large bowl; set aside.

Step 5Immediately when out of oven, add to sauce mixture & toss to coat.
