Roasted Herb Chicken W/ Sweet Glaze
1whole chicken (mine was about 5 lbs.)
1 smallpkg. chicken legs ( 5 legs )
2 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbspherbes de provence
·salt and pepper
2 Tbspany kind of preserves
How to Make Roasted Herb Chicken W/ Sweet Glaze
- Preheat oven to 350. Wash chicken and pat dry. Rub all chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with herbes de provence and then salt and pepper. Place chicken into foil lined 13x9 baking dish and seal up tightly the foil.
- Bake in oven for 4 hours. Then open your foil and push it back to the edge of the pan. Put back in oven and bake 1 hour until golden brown.
- Turn oven down to 250. Mix up your glaze and brush it the surface of the chicken and bake about 30 minutes until a little crispy. Chicken is moist and tasty. Serve.
