How to Make Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Chicken
- In a ziplock bag marinate chicken breast in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes. Make sure chicken is covered with teriyaki sauce.
- Put marinate and chicken into frying pan and cook on one side, turn chicken and add mushrooms.
- Serve with a baked potato and vegetable or salad.
- Left over chicken is great in a sandwich the next day.
