Ingredients

  • 2 - bonless skinless chicken breasts
  • - roasted garlic teriyaki sauce
  • 1-2 can mushrooms or use fresh

How To Make roasted garlic teriyaki chicken

  • Step 1
    In a ziplock bag marinate chicken breast in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes. Make sure chicken is covered with teriyaki sauce.
  • Step 2
    Put marinate and chicken into frying pan and cook on one side, turn chicken and add mushrooms.
  • Step 3
    Serve with a baked potato and vegetable or salad.
  • Step 4
    Left over chicken is great in a sandwich the next day.
