  • 1
    pizza crust, your choice
  • 2 Tbsp
    light butter
  • 4-6 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    skim milk
  • 1/4 c
    fat free half & half
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    chicken breast, cooked & shredded
  • 1/4 c
    red onion
  • 1 c
    shredded, low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning

How to Make Roasted Garlic, Chicken & Herb White Pizza


  1. Preheat oven to temperature on pizza crust directions. Melt butter in a small saucepan, saute garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Add flour & mix until well blended. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Slowly whisk in milk & half & half. Stir in pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes or until it begins to thicken.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan. Once melted thoroughly, spread on dough, top with chicken, onions & mozzarella cheese and Italian seasonings.
  5. Bake as directed for pizza crust, making sure that cheese is melted. Remove from oven & enjoy!
