So, so tasty!! Oh my goodness! Loved the garlic sauce! Original recipe comes from Cooking Light, I adapted the recipe from dinnersdishesanddesserts.com.

Ingredients
- 1 - pizza crust, your choice
- 2 tablespoons light butter
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup fat free half & half
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken breast, cooked & shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1 cup shredded, low fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
How To Make roasted garlic, chicken & herb white pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to temperature on pizza crust directions. Melt butter in a small saucepan, saute garlic for 1 minute.

Step 2Add flour & mix until well blended. Cook for 1 minute.

Step 3Slowly whisk in milk & half & half. Stir in pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes or until it begins to thicken.

Step 4Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan. Once melted thoroughly, spread on dough, top with chicken, onions & mozzarella cheese and Italian seasonings.

Step 5Bake as directed for pizza crust, making sure that cheese is melted. Remove from oven & enjoy!
