Ingredients
- 4 bone in chicken thighs patted dry
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium sweet onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
How To Make roasted chicken thigh w onions, garlic & honey

Step 1Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven 450 degrees. Place the chicken in a baking dish skin side up. Set aside.

Step 2In a saucepan add a little oil and add the onions and garlic season with a little salt and pepper. Cook until softened. Add the white wine, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and let simmer until almost all liquid has evaporated. Discard the cinnamon stick and bay leaf. Stir in the honey and butter. Pour over the top of the chicken.

Step 3Bake for about 30 minutes turning the chicken twice.
