1Place chicken in a casserole dish, sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper on both sides and cook for about an hour in the oven at 350. Then let cool completely before dicing up in small cubes
2In a medium to large bowl mix mayo,sour cream, salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and dill until it has the taste you want. Then dice up celery in small cubes and add it to the bowl for crunch. The original recipe I had also called for green onions but we don't like them. Add your chicken and serve or I like to let it chill in the fridge for an hour or so to let the flavors blend.
