I got the original recipe from a friend a couple years ago but I have adapted it to fit my family's taste. This is the only chicken salad we eat now. Hope you like it too.

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- - seasoned salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup light mayo
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 or 2 - stalks of celery
- - onion and garlic powder, to taste
- 1 teaspoon dill, dried
How To Make roasted chicken salad

Step 1Place chicken in a casserole dish, sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper on both sides and cook for about an hour in the oven at 350. Then let cool completely before dicing up in small cubes

Step 2In a medium to large bowl mix mayo,sour cream, salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and dill until it has the taste you want. Then dice up celery in small cubes and add it to the bowl for crunch. The original recipe I had also called for green onions but we don't like them. Add your chicken and serve or I like to let it chill in the fridge for an hour or so to let the flavors blend.
