1 lgwhole chicken, washed and fat removed

8 medpotatoes, chunked

12carrots, peeled and chunked

·season; salt and pepper

·garlic pdr sprinkled

BASTING SAUCE; MIX AND SET ASIDE

1 Cbrn sugar
-
1/2 Cketchup
-
2 tspcider vinegar
How to Make Roasted Chicken and Vegies By Freda
- Season Chicken with Salt and pepper, garlic.
Place in roaster, breast side Up
Roast @ 350 for 1 Hr. - there will be juices in bottom of roaster.
ADD: Potatoes & carrots, salt and pepper.
Roast for another 1 hr. - Mix brn Sgr. Catsup, & Vinegar Together, and Pour over Chicken, 20 min before done cooking.
