How to Make Roasted Chicken and Vegies By Freda
- Season Chicken with Salt and pepper, garlic.
Place in roaster, breast side Up
Roast @ 350 for 1 Hr.
- there will be juices in bottom of roaster.
ADD: Potatoes & carrots, salt and pepper.
Roast for another 1 hr.
- Mix brn Sgr. Catsup, & Vinegar Together, and Pour over Chicken, 20 min before done cooking.
