  • 1 lg - whole chicken, washed and fat removed
  • 8 med - potatoes, chunked
  • 12 - carrots, peeled and chunked
  • - season; salt and pepper
  • - garlic pdr sprinkled
  • BASTING SAUCE; MIX AND SET ASIDE
  • 1 C - brn sugar
  • 1/2 C - ketchup
  • 2 tsp - cider vinegar

How To Make roasted chicken and vegies by freda

  • Step 1
    Season Chicken with Salt and pepper, garlic. Place in roaster, breast side Up Roast @ 350 for 1 Hr.
  • Step 2
    there will be juices in bottom of roaster. ADD: Potatoes & carrots, salt and pepper. Roast for another 1 hr.
  • Step 3
    Mix brn Sgr. Catsup, & Vinegar Together, and Pour over Chicken, 20 min before done cooking.
