    whole chicken, washed and fat removed
  • 8 med
    potatoes, chunked
  • 12
    carrots, peeled and chunked
  • ·
    season; salt and pepper
  • ·
    garlic pdr sprinkled

  • 1 C
    brn sugar
  • 1/2 C
  • 2 tsp
    cider vinegar

How to Make Roasted Chicken and Vegies By Freda


  1. Season Chicken with Salt and pepper, garlic.
    Place in roaster, breast side Up
    Roast @ 350 for 1 Hr.
  2. there will be juices in bottom of roaster.
    ADD: Potatoes & carrots, salt and pepper.
    Roast for another 1 hr.
  3. Mix brn Sgr. Catsup, & Vinegar Together, and Pour over Chicken, 20 min before done cooking.
