- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pound chicken, cut up
- 1/4 cup dry sherry

Step 1Mix all but chicken, water and sherry. Brown chicken in this, in electric fry pan on 325 degrees. Add salt. put meat in shallow baking pan, add water and sherry to taste.
