How to Make Ritz Crackers Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Butter a baking pan.
  2. Dip the chicken breasts into the yougurt on all sides.

    Roll chicken breasts around in the cracker crumbs to coat.

    Place chicken in the buttered baking pan.
  3. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes on each side (total of about an hour).
