Ingredients
- 2 - whole chiken breasts
- 1 1/2 - sleeves ritz crackers
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
How To Make ritz chicken rolls

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Step 2Trim and butterfly chicken breasts. Each whole breast should yield 4 butterflied pieces.

Step 3Crush crackers and place in shallow dish or pie plate.

Step 4Mix sour cream, milk, salt, pepper and thyme in a separate shallow bowl or pie plate until well combined.

Step 5Dip each piece of chicken into the sour cream mixture until well-coated, then move to plate with crushed crackers and cover with the crumbs.

Step 6Roll chicken from smaller end to larger end, secure with a toothpick and place on baking sheet. Repeat with all chicken.

Step 7Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
