Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw rice
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can ro-tel tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon tony's creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 - onion chopped
  • 1 - bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • - use one of the following:
  • 2 pounds crawfish tails
  • 2 pounds shrimp
  • 1 1/2 pounds sausage (smoked)
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken pieces ,cubed

How To Make rice cooker jambalaya

  • Step 1
    Place all of the above ingredients into electric rice cooker;cover and cook, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2
    After cooked, let steam on warm for about 10 minutes.
