I made this for dinner the other night, and to my suprise; it taste better than the takeout. I hope you try it, and...ENJOY !

Ingredients

FOR CHICKEN PREP., YOU WIL NEED

2 c
chopped quater size chicken pieces
2
egg whites room temp.
1/2 c
corn starch

FOR KUNG PO SAUCE. YOU WIL NEED.

1/2 c
soy sauce, light
1 stick
sesame seed oil
2 Tbsp
orange juice, frozen concentrate
1 tsp
red pepper flakes
1or2
shakes of cyanne pepper
1/4 c
agave syrup or honey
1/4 c
barbecue sauce
2 clove
garlic
1 or 2 Tbsp
grated ginger
1 small
scallion

Step-By-Step

1heat oil to 360 F (for frying)
2Beat egg whites till frothy
3Add corn starch to egg mix just until incorperated together (do not deflate eggs)
4Add all chicken to egg mixture mix well,
5fry in oil until done and golden brown (aprox. 4 min.)

drain chicken on paper towel, set aside
6In bowel mix ALL ingredient for sauce, mix well
7In clean skillet, (over medium heat) Add cooked chicken.
8Add sauce over chicken and heat to desired temp.

Serve over your choice of rice.
