Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons shaoxing wine
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- black sesame seeds (optional)
How To Make red bean curd chicken wings

Step 1Preheat oven 250 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with a rack. Pat the wings dry. Mix the baking soda, salt and white pepper together. Season the wings with the seasoning mixture. Place on rack on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

Step 2crank the oven up to 450 degrees and turn the chicken wings. Let bake another 25 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients together in a saucepan. Cook breaking up the bean curd until hot and syrupy. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh strainer. Discarding any solids

Step 4Toss the wings in the sauce and serve sprinkled with black sesame seeds
