Really Good BBQ
1 lbground meat of your choice
1 Tbspprepared mustard (yellow mustard)
1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
1 Tbspsugar (brown sugar is good, too)
1 smallonion, chopped
1/4 tspground cloves
How to Make Really Good BBQ
- In a large skillet brown the meat and onions, drain off excess fat.
- Combine all other ingredients and pour over meat mixture. Stir to combine.
- Over a low heat, simmer BBQ for 30-45 minutes. This can be made ahead of time and warmed up the next day. It's actually better when you do this because the flavors tend to marry overnight. I like to make this and then freeze it for a later date!
