Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons mashed raspberries
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- fresh raspberries, for garnish
How To Make raspberry chicken

Step 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the butter to a skillet and brown the chicken skin side down for 5 minutes. Turn and brown on the other side for 4 minutes. Remove the chicken to a plate and set aside.

Step 2Add the vinegar and broth, scraping up any bits from the pan. Mix the mashed raspberries with the brown sugar and garlic. Pour into pan. Add the chicken back to the pan and cook about 20 more minutes until chicken is cooked.

Step 3Remove the chicken to the plate again and cover with foil. Bring the pan juices to a boil and let reduce by half. Stir in the creme fraiche. Serve the sauce with the chicken and garnish with fresh raspberries.
