Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- few dash scotts spice blend
- 6 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta cooked
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 - onion,diced
- 1/2 cup diced red peppers
- 3 cups spinach, fresh
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoe pesto
- 8 - strips of raw bacon

Step 1Coat chicken with spices and grill the breast

Step 2In medium sauce pan melt butter. Add cream,3/4c parm,tomatoe pesto and cook on medium till thicken.add cooked pasta and toss togther

Step 3Saute bacon,onionspinach,red pepper and tomatoes.add mixture to top of chicken and sprinkle remainder of parm ceese over it. Place under broiler til brown and serve on top of pasta
