Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 - chicken thighs
- 1 - 10-3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ounce envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- - paprika to taste
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 ounce envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 cup jasmine rice
How To Make ranch chicken & rice

Step 1Heat the oil in large skillet. Brown the chicken on both sides. Remove chicken from pan. Stir in the milk, ranch dressing and mushroom soup. Stir to combine well. Add the chicken back to skillet. Cook about 25 minutes until chicken is cooked.

Step 2Meanwhile heat the water in medium pot to boiling. Add the ranch salad dressing mix and stir to combine. Add the rice reduce the heat to medium and cook covered about 20 minutes until rice is done.

Step 3Serve the chicken over the rice and sprinkle with paprika
