This was awesome! We had it for dinner tonight with some Chicago bread. This is the second newest pasta recipe I tried this week and so far they were both keepers. Enjoy!

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into small strips)
  • ·
    1/2 lb linguini
  • ·
    4 teaspoons tony's cajun seasoning
  • ·
    2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ·
    2 green onion; diced
  • ·
    2 cups milk
  • ·
    4 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
  • ·
    2 tablespoon fresh basil; chopped
  • ·
    2 garlic clove;minced
  • ·
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Rajun Cajun Chicken w/Pasta


  1. Place chicken strips and Cajun seasoning in a bowl, toss the chicken with the seasoning until the chicken strips are coated with the seasoning.
  2. In a skillet add olive oil. Add chicken and saute the chicken for until the chicken is fully cooked.
  3. Reduce heat. Add green onions, milk, tomatoes, basil,garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through. Pour over linguini and toss with parmesan cheese.
