I created this recipe for the cookbook my sister Kathy and I are working on.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. boxes rainbow rotini pasta
  • 8 oz. - garlic & her pub cheese
  • 1/2 cup prosciutto panino fiorcci cheese, chopped
  • 8 oz. - sour cream
  • 4 - green onions,chopped
  • small bag tyson grill & ready chicken, chopped
  • 103/4 oz. cans chedder cheese soup (save the can)
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - pour milk into soup can
  • 1/3 cup real bacon by oscar mayer
  • 1/2 cup shredded mexican philadelphia four cheese blend

How To Make rainbow rotini meaty mac pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat ove to 350. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spary and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Cook rotini according to box and drain
  • Step 3
    In same pot add all ingredients, except bacon and shredded cheese; mix well
  • Step 4
    Pour mixture into prepared dish. Top with bacon and bake covered 15 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Then top with shredded cheese and bake uncovered 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
