Ingredients
- 8 ounces wide rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon thai soybean paste
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 - chicken breast sliced
- 2 cups baby broccoli chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
How To Make rad na thai chinese chicken & noodles in gravy

Step 1Mix the sweet soy sauce, soybean paste, oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper together and set aside. Mix the water with the Tapioca flour together and set aside.

Step 2Cook noodles according to package directions drain and set aside.

Step 3Add the oil to a large skillet or wok. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the chicken pieces and brown on both sides. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook 1 minute. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the baby broccoli and cook 5 minutes. Add the water and Tapioca flour and stir until thickened. Stir in the noodles.
