Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" strips
- 1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chilis
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1-1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make quick spicy chicken creole

Step 1Sparay a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place over high heat. Add chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium.

Step 2Add tomatoes and their juices, chili sauce, bell peppers, celery, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, red pepper and salt.

Step 3Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer , covered for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
