  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 ounces mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cups baking mix
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dried flakes

How To Make quick saucy chicken casserole

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic salt in ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Stir baking mix and milk until blended; pour over chicken mixture and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Step 4
    Bake 30 to 32 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
