This is a quick way to make a healthy easy meal from left over chicken for those who dont have lots of time

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 can(s)
chicken noodle soup (family size)
1 c
combination of celery,carrot,onion & green pepper(optional) chopped fine
1 c
left over chicken or a can of chicken
4 c
bisquit mix
1/4 c
milk for mixing bisquit mix give or take (directions for dumplins on side of box
pinch
parsley flakes(optional) to dumplin mix for twist on taste and looks if you want

How to Make Quick&Easy Chicken & Dumplins

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix dumplins as directed on box of bisquit mix add parsley if you like, set as for a few minutes. Make soup as directed on can and add chicken,finely chopped vegs and noodles(optional) and bring to a boil
  • 2By teaspoonful add dumplins to boiling broth reduce to simmer after all dumplins have been added. Cover and let cook 10 minutes remove cover and let cook 10 more
