quick cream of chicken
This is for one or two people. I would recommend 1 chicken breast per person. I use chicken breast, can use chicken parts thighs, legs ... oh btw............delicious over rice, noodles.....

- 1 - chicken breasts, whole
- 6oz cans chicken broth (1/2 can)
- 6oz cans cream of mushroom soup (1/2 can)
- - mushrooms, fresh as much as you want
How To Make quick cream of chicken

Step 1Boil the chicken in broth

Step 2Remove meat from bones ( if necessary)

Step 3Remove bone and drain broth set aside for another use

Step 4Add CONDENSED soup NO diluting stir over low heat

Step 5Add more mushrooms if you want.
